People had "predictions" and it seems like the only ones that can make them are those with a large following. 

Well, I have the audacity to make them too - because I'm right usually. 

So - here's MY prediction report. 

If you're a woman solopreneur, coach, or consultant, you better brace yourself because 2024 is not going to be business as usual.

Put on your seatbelts, here we go...

Let's address >> Market Saturation: The Elephant in the Room

First off, let's talk about the overcrowded space that everyones seems to cry about. The e-learning industry is projected to be around $375  billion market (or more) by 2026. Sounds tempting, right? But what that really means is that every woman with a laptop thinks she can sell a course.

The barrier to entry is so low that differentiation is becoming nearly impossible. So...if you don't take THAT part seriously and become absolutely unapologetic in this place - you'll go right in the pile with everyone else. 

The Rise of AI and Automation

Artificial intelligence is evolving, and platforms are popping up offering basic coaching and consulting for a fraction of the price. People are now offering premium courses but if A.I. is winning - then your premium offers and courses are at risk...make your offers so good that people would rather overstep A.I. and buy YOUR offers. 

Because you've made the market see you as the expert. 

The Work-from-Home Fatigue

Post-Covid, everyone loved the idea of working from home—until they didn't. The screen fatigue is real, and people are starting to value in-person interactions again. You think Zoom consultations are going to keep your business afloat? 

Even I started going to Starbucks and having "work" meetings with my BFF, we will sit there for hours and work on our content, writing, bouncing ideas and look for resources. 

Find a business-entrepreneurial friend or 3 and go to Starbucks a couple of days out of the week for that collab work environment. 

You'll see that more often. 

"Okay Jai, so NOW WHAT??!"

1. Niche Down Like Never Before (but not TOO much)

Gone are the days of generic coaching and course offerings. But you need to be known for something. You can't be a jill of all trades and an expert of nothing. I don't care how "multi-passionate" you are. You'll be multi-broke. 

If you're a business coach for women, that's not cutting it anymore. You need to be a business coach for women dermatologists under 40 who are looking to scale to 7 figures and with a small lean team. Be that specific.

But also leverage how women dermatologists struggle with mindset to get to 7 figures, their obligations for a long-term business plan, but the end goal is to scale to 7 figures --- all roads should lead to that. 

2. SIMPLY Leveraging Technology, everybody is doing that. You should too. 

Use technology, use SEO, people are using tools and systems to make life easier...but for women, you will need to simplify. Make your business support you. Even if it takes a couple of weeks of you sitting down and focusing on the complete journey of the customer...

Everybody is simply shifting towards simpler tech systems - you may see men running to and fro...but you hold up. They are running to compete, trying to keep the power and stay #1...you just remain THE ONE (uh huh...you like that don't cha...lol).

3. Brand Yourself without Breaking Yourself: In other words, you'll see more people being PEOPLE. 

When it comes to content, drop the salesy language. We will not care about your Gucci shoes. No one will. Show the same background. Provide consistency. It used to be cool to see people change up all the time...no, people don't need shock value, they need consistent value. Transparency and consistency is the new currency. Just obtain your own style...want to wear the same type of eyeliner all the time?

Do you want to be known as the woman that always wears pink?

Do you have a statement that you always say at the end of your video? Be known and be remembered. 

Look up your top 5 youtube folks and look at their consistencies: 

- do they always wear hats? 

- do they film with the same background at home? 

- do they always use the same format to write? 

- do they always use punchy lines to draw attention? 

- do they always use a whiteboard? 

- do they always wear the same type of earrings but in different colors?

Be the woman that's always known by something that she does, says or wears...*shrugs*

4. Localize and Globalize: You're going to see business owners become more locally friendly and globally impactful. 

Hybrid up your business? Localize your offerings by providing in-person services in your city. At the same time, leverage your online presence to tap into international markets. I know, this is has to change for me because the way I'm stubborn about leaving the house to speak to people gives me the "ugh"...(laughs out loud)!

5. Master Time and Energy Management: There will not be much time for "downtime"...oooh wee...This download and confirmation came real ugly.

Wait Jai, I thought you said that the Age of The Divine Feminine is going to be ease...nope. The Feminine is not EASE. She does things with EASE...there's a difference.

I also heard this from Matias de Stefano (check him out Gaia TV - and his content on YouTube) and he confirmed that peace and rest will not be something you will find, you will have to BE PEACE. Whew...okay.

Wanna go there ma'am...?? Here we go.

The Mother Earth...what is she doing all the time??  She's always "developing, moving, shaking, stirring"...

You are HER.

She's evolving, growing, blossoming, destroying, purging, replenishing, nurturing. Your body is doing the same thing all the time too.

She's not plopped down on the couch watching The View all day. 

As demands for specificity and creative businesses rise, you're going to find yourself needing the 25th hour in the day.

Prioritize tasks that drive revenue and automate the rest. Consider yourself Lilith (relax, go research her - she's not a demon as people "try" to make her out to be). 

Mary Magdelene...she was always with Jesus, working alongside with him. 

You're Mary M. You are Lilith. You are Deborah. You are the Prov. 31 woman...and she didn't do all that sitting down and eating bonbons all day either. 

The patriarchy is falling. The men are tired. Guess who can't be tired...? 

You. And if you are...take a nap. You need to be focused, evolving, learning, creating...I told you all wouldn't like this...this is the age of Aquarius. There is no soft feminine without a "father" to take care of you...

Wake up princess. If you want to fight with me in the spirit about this...take that right on into 2024 and you're going to see exactly what I'm talking about. Just save this to your favorites and come back to comment "You're right"...

6. Even more "mental health woes"...people are not going to feel like they can keep up. It's literally made up...they can, it's distractions.

People are going to be discussing more panic attacks, more depression, and more anxiety. Relationships will be tested even more. Inflation will go down again which means, interest rates will go higher and that means people will either be selling houses or walking away from them altogether...

Entrepreneurship is going to boom again. 

Then, entrepreneurship will grow even more. A lot of people that left, will come back - because the corporate sector is not going to be friendly at all...will need to master those sales and digital marketing skills like they need to breathe air. 

Salaries will not be as pretty as they were a few years ago. It will be an "employer market". 

Sales will continue to be a problem because mental health will continue to be an issue. 

Buyers will be plentiful but how you connect with people will need to change. 

BONUS: MINDSET and PRODUCTIVITY WILL BE "THE NEW CONVERSATION". 

Adapt or "get left behind". And if you're looking for someone who's navigated these waters successfully—multiple times—I'm right here. This isn't my first rodeo, and it certainly won't be my last.

Consider this your wake-up call. Time's ticking, ladies.
