Why? Is it lack of ambition? Absolutely not.

The culprit is often a lack of strategic planning, coaching, consistent implementation and focus.

Many women dive into entrepreneurship with passion but without a roadmap. Passion is never enough. 

Believe me, a lack of passion will always draw you back to the emotional place of "I don't know anything else to do"...

Don't throw away what you don't know...all you have to do - is decide to learn. 

Decide to create value. Lean into the strategy of that.  

Decide to become who you want to be. 

To break the cycle, align yourself with a mentor or a coach who can guide you. Your expertise is valuable; don’t underestimate it.

Business can be hard, but please simplify it. 

If your business doesn't feel simple and growth-friendly, hire a coach or a mentor.
